Additional metrics reviewed include AUM per Client, Revenue per Client, Clients per State, Clients added per Year, Clients by Age, Work items per Client, Activities Due, Upcoming Reviews, Pipeline by Stage, Top Referral Sources, Client and Contact Missing Data, CRM Features that are being used / under-utilized 
 
The Plan of Action

As part of the assessment, we will put together a plan of action with solutions to address any issues we discovered as part of the assessment.

Following the assessment, we will review both the assessment and plan of action together and give you feedback based on our findings.

The Proposal

We will include a proposal with options to engage the Simplicity Ops team to manage the organization, clean up, build out, customization and training of your systems, processes and technology.

The cost of the assessment is $3,000
