We found our business was at an inflection point where we knew that we needed to invest in the infrastructure of our processes and procedures to ensure that the quality of our client experience would remain high into the future. We have used Redtail since the inception of our firm, but it was essentially just a rolodex and note pad. In just 5 months, Simplicity Ops took us from that former reality to a new structure where Redtail is now functioning as our total client experience dashboard and infrastructure. Upon reflection of the engagement, I really appreciated how much back-end work the Simplicity Ops team did in our database to help us get everything set up. If we had been required to do, any of the database work - I don't think that we would have successfully made it through the material.
