Start with Redtail’s After Import Webinar

Every Wednesday morning Redtail’s training team hosts the “After Import Webinar” which an introduction to using Redtail. During this 30-to-45-minute webinar, they will cover Preferences, Manage Database Lists, Advanced Searching, and most important details about the Contact Record. Every Thursday Redtail presents its “Thursday Webinar” which has revolving topics that relate to all things Redtail. You can attend the webinar and post questions for the trainer directly on the topic. If you can’t attend for any reason, catch the replay on the Redtail Helpdesk; however, their Essential webinars are designed to go over in-depth information on the tool being covered.

 

Redtail Helpdesk

In the Redtail Helpdesk, go to the search bar in the top right and type in “essentials”. This will provide a whole list of webinars. Alternatively, on the Helpdesk go to the Redtail Training tile, and click on the recorded liver webinar section. Here you will find all the Thursday webinars but simply look for “essentials” in the title. We’d recommend the following recorded webinars:

Schedule some 1-on-1 Training time

If your office has an operations Redtail guru, set some for them to discuss the new hire’s progress and answer any questions. Otherwise, Redtail offers complimentary 1-on-1 training sessions where a Redtail trainer can assist with those open questions. Keep in mind, these Redtail Trainer’s would not be able to directly answer how your office handles each scenario. This route would be best for anyone who has questions on the actual CRM.
