Niche100

The fastest way to grow your business is to create a Niche100 list.

No, I'm not talking about a list of your closest family & friends to sell life insurance to... I'm also not talking about a list of 100 of your ideal client avatar. This is actually much more powerful that that.

The Niche100 is a list of one hundred people/businesses that your Niche already gives their attention to. That already have fairly sizable audiences of which your Niche is a part.

Alex Hormozi said "The most valuable thing you can build is an audience." https://lnkd.in/gUHMjSps

And Carl Richards often talks about Playing in Traffic. https://lnkd.in/ghT3tTQa

But it can take quite a while to build your own audience - it's much faster to leverage someone else's audience that already is serving your Niche.

So what should you include on the Niche100 list? I'll put a link to a template below, but some things to include would be Person/Business, Main Topic, LinkedIn URL, LI Followers, Podcast if they have one, Website, Email, Youtube URL, # of YT Subscribers, Twitter URL, # of Twtr Subscribers...

As you build out the list, sort them largest to smallest to see which have the largest audiences. Then add value to their audiences (your Niche).

1. Comment on their content
2. Share valuable resources you've created
3. Apply to be on their podcast, write a guest blog post, do a joint webinar
4. Give away valuable templates, courses, frameworks to their audience

In short, leverage the work of others and provide as much value as you can muster... for free.

We'll be sharing many more resources around the Niche100 list in our free community - RIA Operators.

Will this work for your business? Can you think of some names to start putting on your Niche100?
